The Process

Let's talk about outsourcing your bookkeeping and accounting needs.

Here's how we do it:

• Meet:  We will schedule a 1-2 hour meeting at your convenience.
   
• Understand:  We will discuss the nature of your business, review your current accounting and bookkeeping processes, calculate the number of hours you spend each week and go through your current reporting.
   
• Discuss:  We will talk about our services and how they can fulfill your needs.
   
• Propose:  Within 2-3 days of our meeting, we will provide you with a written proposal detailing what services we can provide for you at a fixed fee.
   
• Start Up:  We will then set up your account.
